W e coach the business owner, or anyone of their team, developing their communication skills, therefore  presenting the business with the branding you hold as paramount.  Interaction with clients, other associated businesses and influencing those around you to understand their ideas.  Businesses can be one person or we can customise our workshops to your company if you have a group at the one level. You don’t have to be giving seminars to large conferences to invest in presenting better.  You need to be able to influence people quicker and have them asking for more. These workshops can be designed over a short period such as being held in the same week or a week or two apart and can be added onto set time periods so as not to interfere with the day to day workings. This is especially useful if running an in-house program for your staff.

Coaching Programs

ur coaching programs give you personalised one on one training,  with tasks and feedback each week for 10 weeks, as well as access to members only resources.  

They consist of phone calls, and electronic communication which involves small projects and will always be giving feedback. Our coaching programs include access to members only areas and group facebook site so that individuals can interact as well. Since most sole traders and small businesses have no spare time during working hours we can structure the coaching program for more convenient times.


Many business owners and managers find that they are so consumed by the day to day running of their business they don’t have time to work on the business. They also may not have the personal and communication skills to deal effectively with their staff or their customers. We kick start that communication. 
All our business programs will require action to be completed.
